files automatically attached via a post-function needs to be visible in the JSD portal

Hi,

I have a post-function in scriptrunner to automatically attach a set of files when a JSD agent transition a jira issue. That is working fine. The situation is that I need to make those files in the JSD portal for the Requester to access them there. How to accomplish that?

Hi Tomas,

Thanks so much for your question.

A solution to this problem is to add an external comment mentioning the file, this way it will be visible to your customers on the Customer Portal.

Hi Peter,

Some examples:

[^test-image.jpg] displays a clickable link to attachment.
For images [!test-image.jpg|thumbnail!] displays a clickable thumbnail which opens the image full-size.
