Hi, I just made a nice queue overview including timing for the SLA (like, time to first response / time to reslution) in a date time format.

But when i go to the issue navigator to export the tickets, these SLA timings are back to a hh:mm time format.

Is it possible to export the queue as is? Including the "due date" of the SLA goal instead of the time remaining (or time past goal)?

Hi @Sjoerd

welcome to the community!

If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, this would now be easy to do using the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a long list of so-called smart columns that aren’t natively available, including the breach time of your SLAs.

This is how it looks in action:

As you can see above, you can easily view, sort, and filter by your SLA's breach time, and also use it across JXL's advanced features, such as support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.

Of course, you can also export your data to XSLX (Excel or Google Sheets) or CSV in just two clicks.

As every JXL sheet is powered by a JQL statement, so you can easily model queues through JXL sheets - many of our customers already do so. Another advantage is that JXL would allow cross-project queues, if that's something that might be relevant to you.

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes
