Are you referring to the Atlassian Cloud user account that you use to login to Atlassian Cloud products (i.e. your email address and password)?
Did you set up MFA, but now don't have access to the device you used for MFA?
If you are having trouble logging in to your Atlassian Cloud user account there are a variety of troubleshooting scenarios documented here.
Do any of those apply to you? If so, which ones? And have you tried the recommended steps?
