How I can create report like this in the Cloud jira
Hi Богдан Кожевников,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You can create a custom report adding the following information:
Series: Average rating
Label: agent name
Filter by: assignee = agent.name
You can find more details on the documentation below:
- See if your customers are satisfied

Hello, I want to do the same,
However i'm getting the error 'agent.name' does not exist for the field 'assignee'. I do have assigned agents in my project though. Any clue ?

i think in jql you must write assignee = (s.maksymenko) or assignee = s.maksymenko

Hi. I entered the same configuration, except for the assignee as I have a few agents that I wanted to show on the report; This is in the JQL: issuetype = "Service Request" AND assignee in (chooper, hairi.tahar)
But I got the attached instead picture instead. None of the agents I selected is showing in the report.
As you can see it is very much different from what was originally intended. Please advise how do I fix this? Thanks,
Jerry
