Hi, I am using marker.io tool for web testing.

It is connected to our Jira Service Management but when creating issues the organization field does not appear.

How can I show the field?

Or can I get a custom list-type field that reads from the organization field?

Thank you

Hi @Jordi Fumadó

Welcome to the community.

Organisations in JSM are related to customers not issues directly.

So by adding customers in JSM organisation all issues logged by these customers relate to that organisation. Based on customer permissions, user can find issues in different or all organisations or just there own organisation.

Issues are linked to the customer directly and not the organisation.
