I want to create 1 group
A support group of 2 or 3 people
and i will assing requests to this group

Jira doesn't allow assign multiple user to a single issue. It's a bad idea because won't know who is the responsible, so it mess up your performance statistics.
But, if you want to associate these users with that task to do filters later or something about it, you can create a pick user field for that. ✌🏽
Only people with "site-admin" permissions can create and manage groups in Jira Cloud.
