I need to create an automation so that every time the agent is assigned a ticket, it is moved (in its current state) to a queue with the agent's name. Can you help me with this?
You don't need an automation to achieve what you wanted. You can simply create new custom queue and base the queue's JQL by issue assignee.

It seems we don't need any automation rule to implement it.
Please conifgure the queue for each queue with agent's name,
e.g. assignee = Francisco
Once you're assigned a ticket, this ticket will go to the queue named Francico's queue.
