Buenos días, necesito ayuda para resolver un problema. Me he dado cuenta de que una vez que una incidencia está en estado cerrado o rechazado, todavía es posible agregar comentarios. Me gustaría configurar la plataforma de manera que, una vez que la incidencia esté en uno de esos estados, no se pueda comentar más en la misma. ¿Alguien puede asistirme en la configuración para lograr esto?

It's essentially a case of updating your workflow to turn off comments once it has been resolved.
