cannot customise request form fields

Hi All,

I am trying to edit some fields on the request form, which cannot be found in Request form tab.


request form - The request form is loading:


and then gives back following fields :

In the request types / relevant request type/ only Summary field is visible.



Any idea where other fields could be found and customized?

@Jerzy Frackowiak the lower part of the form is a ProForma form which you can find in Project Settings > Forms.

To be clear, you are customizing the description or label presented in the customer form. Not all fields are able to be customized unfortunately. Any field that appears on the form but not on the form customization screen will not be customizable.
