can we add custom fields(our own required fields) in Jira Portal?

Hi @Geethu , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
I have understood you want to add custom fields you created to the Jira Service Management portal for some of your projects.
You should be able to do this by adding the fields to the different request type forms like this -
You can even pre-populate some values so that you can sort of pre-classify different request types if you want.
