asJsonStringArray - Remove Special Characters

I'm using asJsonStringArray for some automations ( {{issue.Organizations.name.asJsonStringArray}} and {{issue.labels.asJsonStringArray}} ), and it works great for listing things out.  

However, the output looks like this: ["Example 1","Example 2","Example 3"]

Is there an easy way to get rid of the brackets and quotes (",[,])?  For example, I'd like my output to be: Example 1, Example 2, Example 3
