I would like to implement in my flows a state that is "approval by the client" with two conditions: If it is approved, it returns to the state that triggered it or if it is denied, it is closed automatically. How can I do it?

On the "approval by the client" status add the approval step and set it to Jira field and Approvers and then set the transitions that should happen on approval/decline. Note that you can only add the approval step when the workflow is active. 

Next step is to create an automation that sets the customer to be approver once the issue is transitioned to "approval by the client".
