I just wanted to highlight that on the Slack side, you'd be better served looking at HelpDesk+ as a specific Halp replacement. Jira Integration+, which Sayed linked to, is better geared to teams using Jira for development or work management. HelpDesk+ is specifically for teams using Jira to provide support.

As @Sayed Bares _ServiceRocket_ pointed out, there are a few alternatives available on the Atlassian Marketplace. If you are focused on Microsoft Teams you can work with Microsoft 365 for Jira as an alternative.

We use Slack and hence are not focused on the Microsoft Teams  plugin but this will be definitely useful for anyone else looking for Teams plugin
