Zephyr data migration from Jira 7.8 Server to Cloud

Hi,

We are currently migrating Jira 7.8 Server to Jira Cloud. We are facing issue migrating TestCases. Zephyr plugin data is not migrated( Test Step, Results, etc). 

1. Current Zephyr Squad version 4.x

2.Jira Server v7.8(Maintenance from Atlassian stopped since no renewal )

3.With JCMA we are able to migrate projects from Server to cloud

4.We tried Migrating Zephyr data with Zephyr migration Tool(Not working as expected)

5.Jira Server backup (XML File) will not work since we are not having more than 1000 users.

Kindly advise if there's any alternate solution for this migration activity for Zephyr data.

Hi Baskar,

As per our documentation:

JCMA support is available only for Zephyr Squad Server 6.x used in Jira Server 8.x.

Zephyr Squad Server 4.x (used in Jira Server 7.x) does not support JCMA.

You can try to export data to csv and import it manually.
