Does Jira Service Desk (cloud) offer the ability to create an API against a "system account" rather than tie it to a named user?
I tested the API under my name, but it generates the ticket as myself. I would like it to create a ticket as Jira API or some other name if possible?
Are you using Jira Software or Jira Service Management? The documentation mentions Jira Service Desk, which is now Jira Service Management. Jira Service Management now has Opsgenie built-in, and Opsgenie has a native Zabbix integration for alerting.
