I have been enabled with Project Administrator and Administrator privileges but still I do not see project settings and other features which administrator should have.

In that can I want to confirm if you are referring to the addition to the group that your admin might have created? Are you in a team-managed or company-managed project?

Please make sure that you are added to the project with the project role of administrator.

If the above doesn't help, Please share some screenshots of where you are added as admin and what information is missing.

Hi Dinesh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should show up with the Project Settings if you have Administer Project permissions on the project. Maybe try going a different route. 

Go to Settings > Projects

That should give you a list of projects. Then click the 3 dots to the right of the project desired and click on Project Settings there.
