Good day,
We configure an custom email to test our help desk email to be converted into request in the Jira Service Management. It should be configure that everyone can send a request via email, when I tested it goes thru into the queue without any issues. But if someone else try it, email logs shows as: "You do not have permission to access this Request Type." I looked everywhere for user and roles in the project settings and the only thing I'm able to see is People, this section is only to configure my service desk teammates, customers and admins.
Trying to troubleshoot this in the help area is not showing any information on that.
Thanks

How are the service management project customer permissions set up? Do you have to add customers or is anyone allowed to become a customer?
