I created a custom workflow for one of my projects. I noticed that when I change the status from In Process to Resolved, it no longer allows me to mark it done and does not allow me to make comments like I can on other projects. It just changes the status to Resolved. I want to be able to click on Resolve and then choose what action to take and leave a comment for either the customer or an internal comment.  Can someone provide guidance on what I need to do to allow this to happen?

Hi @Jeremy Tatro ,

 

You will need to add a resolution screen to the resolved status. What you do is create a screen with resolution field. Then add it to the resolved status in your workflow. Once you move it to resolved, you'll be prompted for resolution option and a box for comment.
