I have a new workflow that we want to implement.
In this workflow, we have several internal statuses, such as In Analysis, Commercial Review etc. We want these statuses to all appear as IN REVIEW on the customer portal, but remain as In Analysis and Commercial Review internally for our agents.
I thought this was easy to do, but can't for the life of me figure out how to set this up!
In your JSM project (only on company managed projects), go to your project settings and for every request type on the portal that uses your described workflow, edit this request type.
You can specify the nae of the status that s shown on the portal to the customer.
Example:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
