Work logs and Affected Services

Hello All,

  I have a use case where we would like to have a report created based on services and time logs.  I have looked at a few products, ether they don't render affected services, they have permission issues based on project, or in the case of Dashboard Hub there is no way to limit the work logs to a set time. 

Does any one know of a product that can report on work logs and affected services.  Or a time tracking application that can also do something like that?

Could you elaborate on what you mean by a report based on services? Is it some kind of value that you set up in the custom field? You can match the data in the report by adding the custom fields as well.
