Window 7 support

Hi Community

Some of computers in my organization are window 7 based installed. wondering those can use JSM or minimum requirements for window version supported by JSM.

The Cloud (software-as-a-service) JSM product requirements concern only the web browser application. Refer to this document for information:

I'm pretty sure that the latest browser versions are not supporting Windows 7. (I have an old Windows 7 system for testing and it has been newer Firefox and Chrome browser versions tell me they aren't supported.)

I agreed with what @Trudy Claspill stated.  However, it is my opinion that Windows 7 OS env is extremely outdated where you should consider possible OS upgrades, so it can keep up with the browser apps version supported when using Atlassian Cloud products.

You will be in the situation that your browser app on those machines are not supported by Atlassian and you don't want be in that case.
