Will JSMA (Jira Assets) be added to the Jira mobile app?

The company I work for has started looking into Jira Assets (formally insights)
Some of the teams are front facing with customers and the mobile app is easier for most of these interactions with the customers and the assets.

Is there any plan / roadmap for the Jira app to include assets?

Our Jira apps have been supporting Insight (now Assets) for several years. We provide a solution for regular Jira users (Mobility for Jira - Team) as well as JSM Portal clients (Mobility for Jira - Portal). Both are available for iOS and Android, support Assets and include mobile optimized functionality such as scanning of QR codes to select assets. You simply have to install the Mobility for Jira add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace and your Jira users and JSM clients can use all apps without any additional charge. There is a 30-day trial for the add-on available. Hopefully that helps.

Depends what you want to be able to do.
If you want to be able to go into the schemas and create objects directly, I doubt it is coming anytime soon.

But if you want to view, or search for assets from an Assets Object custom field, or create/modify objects via fields in jira that interact with the objects via automation.....all of that is currently possible.
