Why the maximum file upload size in insight is 20 mb ?

Hi!

Why the maximum file upload size in insight is 20 mb ? and how can I increase it to 50mb like issue attachment ?

I actually can't find anything in the documentation about increasing/decreasing attachment size. I also see that there is another outstanding question related to this - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Change-upload-size-Jira-Insight/qaq-p/1825408 which tells me that it probably isn't something that can be done.

Maybe you can reach out to Atlassian to see if they have more answers.
