Why isn’t my field showing up on view/edit/create screens?

Sharam Blouri March 31, 2022

So I can't apply the field type "Request Participants" anymore!Screenshot 2022-03-31 124441.png

What do you mean by "apply"? Is the field not showing in the detailed view issue screen?

Sharam Blouri March 31, 2022

It is locked because it is a system field. There are a number of locked files. That just means that you cannot edit that field. Please go to a specific issue in your project in the detail issue view and see if that field exists.

Ah....I see.

Request participants will not show in the request type form and cannot be added, nor is it necessary. There is a "+ Share" button when a customer is viewing an existing issue the created (if Organizations is being used). This Share will add the specified customer(s) to the Request Participant field as viewed by the agent in the application.
