Why is there a limit to the email notifications to customers when using free account in contradiction to the representation in the website? Isn't this misleading?
Also, does anyone know what is the limit per day?

I believe the reason for the limit is the spammers were creating free cloud sites and they were sending a lot of emails through it. I believe I've seen some article about this, but I wasn't able to find it anymore.
Limit is 100 emails / day, see here.
