Why is my scan folder empty? (using Insight Discovery)

Hello there, 

We have successfully set up and configured Insight Discovery and we have configured the initial import in an empty schema. 

I would like now be able to run multiple imports on different schemas. The problem is: the scan folders is always empty. 

Is the file being "consummed" once imported?
