I setup a project for the Jira Service Desk. I want to be able to have a user email our support email and it automatically create tickets. When I go to Email Requests, and add an email channel I only have options for Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo. I have a hosted exchange, but its not hosted with Microsoft. Where is the basic authentication option?
I tried creating an OAuth 2.0 setup but this app is internal so it seems when I try to connect via the OAuth I get an error saying "We couldn't connect to your mail server"
These are the options I currently have:
in cloud we have "other". Is this not available in Server?

The Other option is not showing up on the Server version because of this JSDSERVER-11219 BUG, which will be fixed in the next 4.22.2 minor version
