Why is Created Date Filter not showing results?

Can someone advise if I am doing something wrong here.

I am trying to locate a ticket from a specific Reporter, Created on a specific date, but when I apply the "Created Date" filter, the tickets that I am looking for no longer appear in the results: Screenshot 2023-10-19 113933.jpgScreenshot 2023-10-19 114047.jpg

@rgrimner -

It will help you if change your search from Basic mode to "Switch to JQL" mode, this will give you a way to see the exact JQL is constructed during your troubleshooting.  If you are comfortable with JQL, then I would recommend you to always using the JQL mode when conducting your search.  The JQL mode gives you more functionality then the Basic mode.

I would suggested that you change your Created field date range using 12/Oct/23 to 13/Oct/23 to see if you get your results.  It is because the backend data created date is a date field with timestamp "12/Oct/23 HH:MM:SS" even though it only displaying just with the date information "12/Oct/23".

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for that, Joseph. The filter is now working.
