We have recently upgraded JSM from 9.0.0 to 9.10.1 and since then the customer satisfaction email is sent incorrectly...

It looks like this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-13616
Please check if your JSM version (go to Administration > Applications > Versions & licenses) is affected by this bug. I believe 9.10.1 is a Jira Software/Core version, because the latest JSM version is 5.11.
If your JSM version's affected, please consider upgrading to the fix version.
