Why cant I see tthe future sprints in the drop down?

When looking at Project A, We are able to click on  the Sprint field and see/select the future sprints in a drop down style list.

In Project B, when we click the same field, the projects future sprints are not visible.

As far as I can tell, the permissions are identical, so I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Welcome to our community.

The screenshot shows that you are selecting "only sprints in the project (xxx)"

This will filter by the projects filters that are in the board where the sprint was created

If the sprint was created in a board that filters both projects, you will see the same sprint when applying that filter.

Could you please confirm the filter from the boards?

Hi,

Thank you for your response - I see now that both boards have a sprint with the same title - these are actually 2 separate sprints on 2 different boards.

What I was expecting to see when I clicked on the 'Sprint' field on project B, was for the active and future sprints from that board to appear, but only the active sprints appear.

I hope this makes sense.

Thank you for the response.
If the future sprints were already created in the board backlog, you should be able to see both in the field
