Why can't a project admin see the Search bar when editing a request form?

Do Project Admins not see the Search fields field on the right hand side of editing a request form, but an instance admin can see it? Screenshots attached.

Hi @Lori Milam , so you are speaking about the search bar at the to of the list of available fields in the right sidebar , correct? Your first image seem to illustrate that you are not scrolled to the top but maybe I am not understanding your scenario/question. Project admins should be able to build out the request form including accessing all available fields.

@Jack Brickey Yes that's what I'm talking about. The first image is from the project admin not showing the search bar under the "Search All Fields" text like it does on the site admin screenshot (2nd). The search field you see at the top of this image is from her doing a Ctrl + F on the page.

So I'm trying to figure out why she doesn't see the that search bar and wondering if it is because the only fields she can see are the ones that she is project admin on.

Hi @Lori Milam , she certainly will only have access to the specific project fields as a project admin. I would expect that the search bar would be there but I wonder if it does not appear based on the number of fields available in the project. That is, maybe the search bar only appears when there are too many to scroll through. TBH I have not seen where it was not available but I will look at some projects where I am only a project admin.

Hi @Jack Brickey Thanks for the response. That kind of confirms my thinking on it as well, but I just wasn't sure and couldn't find any documentation on it. Honestly, this is the first time it's been brought to my attention and it makes sense.
