Hi

I have created a service management board using my work email and have the following in my sidebar

but then when setting up the service management board in my employers Jira using the same template I get different items in my sidebar. Why are they not the same and how do i make it the same?

I seem to have lost the ability to have a knowledge base or feedback queue from a help centre?

Hi @Harry Poole,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The reason you are seeing a difference is that in your employers Jira instance you do not have a JSM license, or you have not been given agent access to the project, all you have s Jira access and that is why you are not seeing the queues or the knowledge base.

Hi, thanks for your response, I'm assuming also that with my personal account and I'm able to create a knowledge base I'm unable to create publicly viewable articles as then I would need to update my account to a paid account?

Correct, in order to turn on anonymous access to Confluence you have to be on at least the standard plan.
