Why are my knowledge base articles requiring an email even when anonymous access is enabled?

Hi all,

I've followed this page thoroughly, https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/allow-anyone-to-view-knowledge-base-articles/ to enable anonymous access on my knowledge base, however when testing this in an incognito tab I still get a prompt to enter an email. 

Could there be something that I have missed?
