Is anyone else's service desk teams suffering from the removal of Approvals from the Comments Activity section?
I understand and agree with the decision to make a dedicated Approvals tab, but it doesn't make sense to have changed the Comments tab by removing Approvals, especially when there is no visual indicator anywhere else on the Issue View that Approvals have been fulfilled or rejected.
It's been six months since this change and our Service Desk Agents still have not fully adapted to this change, often forgetting/missing the approvals information and their time is wasted because they're sending redundant approval requests or comment exchanges.
