Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The default workflows are deliberately kept as simple and minimal as possible, not everyone has CABs.  If you want CAB approval in the workflow, you will need to get one of your admins to add it.

Thank you Nic for the quick response. Can you point to any HowTo document to add CAB approvals to existing Jira Change Management workflow

I have a state called 'Awaiting CAB Approval' in version 5.12.5 of the (Community Data Center) Edition. Are you saying that somebody added that to the workflow? I think that is strange because we currently do not have a CAB.

I am now using the free trial cloud edition and do not see that in the workflow. I also do not see the CAB field in the Custom Field List.
