When resolving a ticket a CSAT-Survey is sent to the customer.
But who exactly gets this mail?. Is it the Creator of the ticket? Is it the author?

The CSAT Survey is normally sent to the reporter of the jira issue once the ticket marked as done or closed. The project admin can see the survey report under project settings.

but who is the reporter? Is it the creator of the ticket, who cannot be changed or it ist the person in the "author" field?
