Where can I find info about by Billing Account ID?

Hi,
We're trying to transfer billing admin roles. And I was asked what is our Billing Account ID. I have no idea what is it and where to look for it. I don't even understand whether we have it or not as our account has been managed by partner before.

Hi @Jamila Atakishibayli welcome to the community.  If you're the Atlassian Administrator for your site, you can find your Billing Account by selecting 'Administrator' from the 9-grid box  (where you're picking the product like Jira, Confluence, JSM, etc).  That should take your to your Atlassian Admin page.  Then select 'Billing' from the tabs across the top.  That should list out all the products that your site is using. Click on 'Manage' for any of them, and that should show your Billing Account ID in the upper left corner.
