Started testing new portal groups and am unable to find where these can be assigned to customers so that they only see the corresponding portal. I remember doing this before about a month ago for testing purposes but now I can't seem to find it, does anyone know if it has moved or maybe refresh me on how this functionality works, thanks in advance.
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Portal groups cannot be assigned to customers, portal groups are used to group your different request types to make it easier to find the right form. You can add/edit/remove groups if you go to Project settings > Portal settings > Portal groups.
Hi @Filip Trantalovski and welcome to the community,
Portal groups are visible for all customers and can't be restricted to organizations or specific customers. In a project when you grant access to XX customers, then these XX customers will be able to view all request groups.
However, there is a small shade of light due to this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-195 which is currently under review. We might hope to have this ability within the next months or year.
