Hi community,
I'm the site admin for our tenant and as a company we want to enable (smaller) teams to manage their own Jira service project, so the team-managed (nextgen) projects seem ideal to fit this purpose.
Unfortunately we run into the problem that customer transitions are not available (yet) for team-managed service projects. The related help center page shows 'coming soon' for customer transitions.
I'm wondering what is the development status of this feature? When will it be rolled out? Maybe there's already a beta available for which we could signup?

I got in contact with Atlassian support about this topic. There's an existing feature request for this new feature:
However, as support confirmed me today: "there is no concrete timeline for getting this enabled" (open since June 2019).
And as I have quite some feature requests for Jira Service Desk which I follow and voted for - tickets that are open for 4-5 years (or more) - we will implement yet another company-managed project. Missed opportunity for team-managed projects.
