When I create a ticket and required fields are not completed, they are automatically marked indicating that they need to be completed, but it does not do so for all mandatory fields.
How can I fix this?

Testing on my local site, I can see that this behavior happens only when no field was filled or when only one required field is filled.
If the customer adds values for some fields and clicks on Send, the fields will be highlighted.
I was able to replicate here only with Select list custom fields.
