My team has been randomly experiencing "There was a problem accessing this content" errors (attached below) after signing into JSM, despite having an active VPN connection through GlobalProtect and being able to access other sites behind the VPN. The error is not consistent and clearing the cache provides only a temporary solution. We have thoroughly investigated potential causes, including checking the IP allowlist in Atlassian admin, our network configuration, and confirming that even IPs listed under the allowlist are being blocked. We have reached out to Atlassian support, but their response thus far has been that this is the expected behavior of the allowlist feature. We are seeking input from the community to determine if this is a known issue with Jira that other customers have encountered.
