When I go to rise a requests and then on my requests I get broken link (Unable to connect)

When I go to rise a requests and then on my requests I get broken link (Unable to connect).

Its on Jira Server, I also have problem on broken avatars and issue type images.

All this happened after upgrade from 7.1.3 to 8.5.1.

 

Please HELP!
