I create a ticket in Jira Service Management, but it is not shown in the queue. However, I see it in the Backlog Priotization, so it has in fact been created.
What do I need to do, to see it in my queue?
Many Thanks for your help!
Welcome to the community. You need to check on how are your queues are configured within your project (i.e. the JQL it is using)
Take a look at the following reference links -
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-new-queue/
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-queues/
In each queue, you can click on the "..." symbol and select "Edit queue" to validate the JQL is set properly.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
