What would be the best way to manipulate the Jira Cloud UI?

Hello!

I am looking for a solution to manipulate the Jira Cloud UI to display a banner/popup on the screen when my customfield_xyz is set to the Value ABC. Is there anyway to accomplish this? I tried looking into ScriptRunner, but it doesn't seem like that will be much help in Cloud (on DC). What other options do I have? Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Your best option will be using FORMs to create forms and use it to facililte JSM project issue creation - 

In the FORMs design, there are dynamic elements which you can setup to triggers the display or not.

FORMS component is already there for JSM subscription out of the box.

I am looking for a solution sitewide though, not just for JSM projects. I am looking for a fix for any issue within my instance. Any other suggestions?
