Hi All,

I am an IT Admin responsible for managing JIRA and Confluence access for users in our organization. However, due to recent updates in JIRA, I am currently unable to remove or suspend users in the User Management section. Although I have been assigned the Site Admin role, it appears that these permissions are insufficient to perform the required actions. Do let me know what minimum access level one should have to perfom such action in JIRA.

Hi @Aman_Aggarwal and welcome!

Atlassian is currently changing how user management works. If your instance already has the new experience, you need to be an Organization admin or User access admin to administer users. You can find more information on this page.

Hope this helps!
