What is the source of messaging that you have pending ETH to be transferred and hence looting people

Recieved a mail from mazefactor.atlassian.net stating that I have pending ETH to be claimed from AIRDROP . When I clicked and logged in ,it said to pay the gas price and hence looted me ,inspite of writing numerous mails is there any courtesy to reply or its a courtesy to loot people. Please define and sort this out
