What is the required number of licenses for the add-ons if I have JSM & confluence only?

Let say I have 50 users Jira service management and 500 users confluence (since it is the minimum tier on the data center), when I want  to purchase any plugin for Jira service management, shall I consider Confluence licenses or Jira service management?

50.  The licences you need for an app must match the licences you have for the service you are installing it on.

Confluence app-s are different from JSM & Jira apps so you will pay as many licenses you have for JSM.

Same question for Jira Software and Jira SD when we want to purchase an addons compatible with Jira SD only. 

Do you know f we have to purchase for the full Jira Soft subscription ?
