I saw this Add Organization from Customer Settings of Admin. What is the purpose of this? What happens if I create a new organization? I have no idea where it goes after I created an organization.

Organizations allow multiple customers to be grouped together to do things like share requests with each other instead of adding multiple people to the request one by one. Additionally, you can add an organization to a service project which brings in all of the customers associated with that organization, instead of having to add each customer one by one to a new service project.
