Hi @Kiran Ghuge
I suggest you read the following articles:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Can we choose to open up a specific service project to any customer who joins the site and some only accessible to employees?
Yes, you can open specific service projects to any customer you want and yes you can grant access to users for a few projects (but it really depends on how and why you want to do that).
Concerning the worklog and the information this has:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Hello @Kiran Ghuge
Remember that worklogs are exclusive to internal users. Here it appears no worklog has been added, you can log it from the issue field.
As for approval, checkout the "Approval Paths for Jira" app from the Atlassian Marketplace.
This app allows you to create approval processes for any Jira project.
You can define approvers, sequence the steps, and customize conditions.
You can define approvers even if they are JSM customers.
Best,
Parsa
