What does "migrated" mean in Support Expires when I try to view my licenses?

I can't find this product in the Billing Console, not even in Inactives. The number (SEN) is from any product it has, two of which end with 80 and 81, but none with 79.

Hi @Matheus Furtado

I believe that the Migration status is in reference this site having been switched over from our old billing system into our new billing system.  It might explain why the site's expiration date is not readable by that system.

While your account seems to be a product admin, your account does not appear to be a site-admin nor a billing contact for that specific SEN number.  Because of that you might not be able to see the completely billing details within sites such as https://my.atlassian.com or https://admin.atlassian.com

I would suggest reaching out to your site-admin/billing contact if that is information you need as those users should have access to see that info and if need be could grant you permissions of their level.

Hi @Matheus Furtado , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.

I've escalated it to Atlassian Support who will likely need to help you with this.

Best wishes
